Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend you to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price.
Can I cancel or change my order?
It is not possible for us to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. Our order processing is very fast and starts being processed almost immediately upon receipt of orders. Please make sure to carefully review the details of your order, including the size and color of your choice and your shipping address. If there is a mistake, we will try to correct your order.
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
We guarantee delivery only to the address specified at the time of your order. Address changes for packages that are already in transit are not possible.
What if I have entered the wrong billing address?
If your order has been accepted by our system, it means that your credit card company has accepted the address you entered. You do not need to contact us to update your billing address.
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it is no longer in ours. The first steps are to check with your neighbors and contact the shipper. The carrier will be more able to help you find your package because they will be able to contact the delivery person and get more details about exactly where the package was delivered. Unfortunately, we are limited to the same tracking details as you. If the package has not shown up within 3-5 business days after it went missing, please contact us and we will work with you on next steps.
